- emotional aspects of raising neurodivergent kids including anger, worry, loneliness and disappointment
- ways to foster connection between parent, child and other family members
- processing feelings of grief and loss around unfulfilled dreams for our children
- real-time tapping and guided meditations to support your mental health and counter burnout
- communication strategies that support independence using the Parent Consultant model
